Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

Filling

● 4 large egg 

● 1 cup heavy cream

● 2 1/2 tsp. finely grated lime zest

● 3/4 cup fresh key lime juice

● 1 cup full-fat greek yogurt

● pinch of kosher salt

●1/4 cup powdered sugar

● 1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Crust

● Graham cracker crust (local grocery store)

Directions

  1. Beat egg yolks and condensed milk in a large bowl using an electric mixer on med for 5 min.

  2. Whisk in 2 tsp. lime zest, lime juice and salt

  3. Pour into crust

  4. Bake pie for 15-20 min., until filling does not jiggle 

  5. Let cool
